You will work closely with our Wealth Planning Services team to deliver comprehensive solutions that exceed client expectations.</p> <p>If you are passionate about providing exceptional service to clients and are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply for this position today.</p> <p>What You Will Do:</p> <ul> <li>Develop, refine, and maintain best-in-class wealth planning frameworks and methodologies. </li><li>Monitor adoption and effectiveness of planning practices across teams. </li><li>Collaborate with product, compliance, and training teams to align standards with firm-wide initiatives. </li><li>Generate internal sales list based on bank activity </li><li>Mentor and coach advisors to elevate planning capabilities and client engagement. </li><li>Lead workshops, training sessions, and one-on-one development plans. </li><li>Act as a thought leader and internal champion for planning excellence. </li><li>Serve as a senior planner for high-value or complex client relationships as needed. </li><li>Model best practices in client discovery, planning delivery, and relationship management. </li><li>Support regional teams during transitions, launches, or strategic initiatives. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring:</p> <ul> <li>Proven track record of leadership. </li><li>Strong coaching, facilitation, and communication skills. </li><li>Deep understanding of financial planning tools, workflows, and client experience strategies. </li><li>Ability to influence across functions and lead through change. </li></ul> <p>Education Level Education/Degree Details Required or Preferred</p> <p>Bachelor's Degree Finance, Business, or related field Required</p> <p>Experience Length Experience Details Required or Preferred</p> <p>10-15 years Wealth planning or wealth advisory roles Required</p> <p>License/ Certification Details Time Frame Required or Preferred</p> <p>CFP Upon Hire Required</p> <p>What You Receive:</p> <p>At First Western, we pride ourselves on our culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning.
