<p>Job Description</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>Hours: Monday - Friday 10a to 6:30p with a chance of daily mandatory overtime</p> <p>Onsite: 390 Air Tech Pkwy - Plainfield, IN 46168</p> <p>Facilitates fulfillment requisitions, inventory management, receiving and projects in a fast paced, challenging and physically demanding role in accordance with the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy rules and regulations. Operates robotic goods to person picking and conveyor automation in a safe and efficient manner. Ensures accurate and timely receipt of materials within the distribution center. Receives inbound freight with precision, assures the assigned time for daily priorities is met, and communicates and resolves discrepancies. Unloads, receives and stages all inbound materials accurately and efficiently. Effectively utilizes the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to document all receiving activity including Purchase Order (PO) Stock items, PO Nonstock items, and Non-PO items. Uses carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items throughout the distribution center. Safely and securely loads all outbound trailers to meet daily dock out times. May handle documents that are highly confidential.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Picking </li><li>Stacking </li><li>Consolidating of supplies </li></ul> <p>Must have:</p> <ul> <li>Picking experience </li><li>Using RF devices </li><li>Longevity in work history </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma/GED is required. </li><li>Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience. </li><li>Experience operating motorized material handling equipment is preferred. </li><li>May require Material Handling Certification. </li><li>Requires mandatory overtime on heavy days and may require on-call rotation, weekend coverage and operating a company vehicle. </li><li>Requires standing 100% of the time and some assignments require up to 90% spent walking. </li><li>Requires long periods of standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending and reaching during shifts. </li><li>Requires the continuous ability to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist; lift up to 20 pounds from waist to head; carry up to 25 pounds. </li><li>Requires the ability to push or pull pallets utilizing manual pallet jacks weighing in excess of 800 pounds. </li></ul>
