You are considered the backbone of the team and a relied on to get the job done. You have a passion for healthcare and making a difference.</p> <p>You are an approachable hardworking team player and an open-minded, active listener with the ability to unpack complex problems with simplicity.</p> <p>What You Will Do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>The Account Supervisor serves as the day-to-day internal leader of a brand, building and maintaining positive client relationships with a focus on achieving their goals</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain contact with clients to ensure a strong understanding of their needs and effectively communicating that to the internal team, staying on top of business opportunities and/or significant changes in the client's business structure or needs</p> </li><li> <p>Take the lead role in identifying and communicating agency recommendations and POV's to the client, actively promoting agency offerings to clients</p> </li><li> <p>Partner closely with creative and integrated producer partners to ensure day-to-day workflow</p> </li><li> <p>Seek out and maintain complete working knowledge of the assigned disease segment, products, and target audiences</p> </li><li> <p>Work with strategy partners to develop creative briefs and strategic plans</p> </li><li> <p>Act as a key contributor and coordinator of tactical brainstorming</p> </li><li> <p>Provide accurate and timely product forecasts, managing quarterly reconciliations and billing.</p> </li><li> <p>Work with integrated producer to build SOW's</p> </li><li> <p>Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary depending on business need and client requirements</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here's what you'll need:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in an account/client services role in pharmaceutical advertising industry </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong written and verbal communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage deadlines</p> </li><li> <p>A drive to elevate thinking and the work</p> </li><li> <p>A curious mentality</p> </li><li> <p>The desire to be great</p> </li></ul> <p>#LI-NA-FY25</p> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
