<p>Audubon Country Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Steward. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities of the Steward:</p> <ul> <li>Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks of all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware. </li><li>Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage, walk-in cooler, freezers, sweeping & mopping. </li><li>Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage and recycling. </li><li>Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, floors, tables, equipment and exhaust system. </li><li>Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas. </li><li>Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. </li><li>Cleans, washes and sanitizes all dishes, cleans kitchen after close. </li><li>Performs other duties as required. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications for the Steward:</p> <ul> <li>No prior experience required but will train. </li></ul> <p>Other Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>ServSafe certification preferred. </li><li>Regular and Reliable attendance. </li><li>Must work holidays, weekends, mornings ,afternoons, and nights </li></ul>
