Candidates with experience in hospitality, call centers, telemarketing, customer service, mortgage, financial services, or insurance are highly encouraged to apply. Successful applicants will present a professional appearance and bring high energy, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills.</p> <ul> <li>Experience in automotive sales, service, or customer relations preferred </li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset </li><li>Ability to identify sales opportunities and present effective solutions </li><li>Self-motivated and results-driven; comfortable in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Proficiency with CRM systems or dealership software is a plus </li><li>Valid driver's license required </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Customer Engagement</p> <ul> <li>Greet and engage customers in the service drive to build rapport and trust </li><li>Educate customers on upgrade, trade-in, and acquisition opportunities </li></ul> <p>Acquisition & Trade-In Opportunities</p> <ul> <li>Identify customers with high-value trade-ins or expiring warranties </li><li>Present upgrade programs, lease-end options, and current promotions </li><li>Partner with the sales team to transition interested customers smoothly into the sales process </li></ul> <p>Service Department Collaboration</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to identify vehicle and customer opportunities </li><li>Maintain clear communication between departments to enhance the customer experience </li></ul> <p>Process & Reporting</p> <ul> <li>Track interactions, opportunities, and conversion outcomes </li><li>Report acquisition metrics and improvement insights to management </li><li>Ensure compliance with dealership policies and customer satisfaction standards </li></ul> <p>Fitzgerald Auto Mall is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
