Join us today and bring your individuality along!</p> <p>As a Vitality Living Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis, you will impact lives by:</p> <ul> <li>Assist in the preparation of proformas for third-party management agreements. </li><li>Work with the transition team to establish transition budgets while leveraging prior transitions as basis for expenses. </li><li>Track transition expenses, prepare monthly reports comparing actuals to budget, and collaborate with internal workstreams to document variances to improve future budgeting processes. </li><li>Analyze monthly community revenues and rent rolls for occupancy, billing trends, market rent optimization, discounts, accounts receivable balances, and other ancillary charges. </li><li>Perform financial analyses on key cost centers across communities to identify expense trends, analytics based on residents per day calculations. </li><li>Create, maintain, and generate reports utilizing MS Office with emphasis in Excel and other proprietaries software and platforms. </li><li>Generate weekly and monthly labor reports for all communities. </li><li>Assist in the preparation of annual community budgets and reforecasts. </li><li>Analyze and monitor financial variances across the portfolio. </li><li>Utilize reporting tools to track and report KPI metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. </li><li>Prepare and assist with ad-hoc reports to include variance analysis reports, KPI reports, and management and/or user dashboards. </li><li>Collaborate with internal departments to understand business drivers, gather relevant data and provide support for company initiatives. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Join us today if you meet the following requirements:</p> <ul> <li>0-2 years of finance, operations, or information systems experience in growth environment </li><li>Experience in financial modeling and data analytics </li><li>Experience in senior living, hospitality, or multi-family industry preferred </li><li>Must be organized and detail-oriented to ensure accuracy </li><li>Must have strong presentation skills and proficiency in communicating financial information to non-financial leaders at all levels of the organization. </li><li>Self-starter with the ability to work independently, communicate progress, and execute effectively. </li></ul> <p>Our Benefits Include:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance </li><li>Generous PTO Plan </li><li>Monthly and quarterly perfect attendance bonuses </li><li>401k </li></ul> <p>Vitality Living is an equal opportunity employer where you can Be You, Be Vibrant, and Belong.</p>
