Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine</p> <p>The Manager, Medical Communications applies their product and disease expertise to develop HCP materials for use in response to unsolicited medical information requests, leverage product knowledge to address escalated inquiries, and peer review promotional and sales assets for accuracy.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Develop medical information materials - Builds and maintain global scientific response documents, innovative content, slide decks and clinical presentations in support of customer needs. Provides Medical Information booth support at major scientific meetings. Supports new product launches.</p> <p>Reviews documents for medical accuracy - Conducts peer review of scientific documents and provides medical guidance for development or review of promotional or sales training assets.</p> <p>Handles advanced scientific inquiries - Applies scientific and therapeutic area knowledge to respond to advanced, non-standard, and after-hours medical information inquiries.</p> <p>Participates in project teams and manages selected Medical Information vendor projects - Provides mentorship and oversight of clinical response creation and dossier development, as needed.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is required. PharmD or PhD degree is highly preferred. </li></ul> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>A minimum of 2 years of drug information/medical information or comparable experience within the healthcare industry. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to conduct literature analysis. </li><li>Ability to work in Horsham, PA 3 days a week and travel up to 15%, including overnight travel to attend Medical Conferences or company meetings, primarily domestic. </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>A post-doctoral residency or fellowship </li><li>Experience developing responses to scientific inquiries from healthcare professionals and consumers. </li></ul> <p>Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
