<p>Title: Creative Manager, Production</p> <p>Location: Stamford, CT</p> <p>Job Type: Full -Time, Exempt</p> <p>About the Role:</p> <p>A Production Manager is an invaluable partner withing the Creative Services (In-House Agency) who ensures that critical marketing materials are produced to a high standard of quality across analog and digital mediums. They are masters and enforcers of process and best practices. With an incredible eye for detail, a great production manager will always be on the lookout for ways to optimize efficiencies. They seek solutions through process and emerging technology to ensure that creative product is always executed with excellence. Reporting to the VP of Creative Services, this position entails developing and managing a team of high-performing Production Artists. They collaborate with both account and creative partners in the development of critical programs and activations. They manage timelines and set clear expectations around deliverables. They also work with internal partners and external vendors to achieve our executional goals.The ideal candidate is a leader and mentor for a team of Production Artists, ensuring a collaborative, motivated and adaptable team dynamic while fostering strength-based growth and positive morale.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Build, develop and maintain a team of high-performing Production Artists </li><li>Develop close relationships with internal partners and stakeholders </li><li>Own, define and ensure critical processes are followed </li><li>Ensure creative projects and delivered efficiently from inception to execution, including managing timelines, allocating resources and coordinating execution between vendors and their team </li><li>Partner with agency leadership to set a standard of excellence that meets our business objectives </li><li>Recruit and manage external resources required to execute work due to overcapacity </li><li>Organize and secure final mechanical artwork </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring:</p> <ul> <li>10-15+ years in Production Management with CPG and/or large-scale retail experience. </li><li>Hands-on experience building and managing production processes </li><li>Expertise in managing external agency and vendor resources </li><li>Strong skills in organization and collaboration </li><li>Understanding of Legal/Regulatory process for a controlled category </li><li>Deep knowledge of Adobe Suite </li></ul> <p>Even Better If:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in regulated industries (alcohol, cannabis, pharma, tobacco) </li><li>Familiarity with retail environments </li></ul>
