Your typical shift will be Monday - Thursday, 2:00 pm - 12:30 am. As a 3PL provider, we will count on your leadership skills to help drive excellent service for our valued customers.</p> <p>How you create impact</p> <ul> <li>Supervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies </li><li>Drive a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel safe, valued, and included </li><li>Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members </li><li>Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity, and meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) </li><li>Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors </li><li>Ensure shipments are accurate and free of damage, product is counted, and all necessary records and reports are completed accurately and on time </li><li>Help maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventory </li><li>Implement continuous improvement action plans </li><li>Be flexible to work overtime and perform other responsibilities as needed </li></ul> <p>What we would like you to bring</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment </li><li>2 or more years in a supervisory role </li><li>Minimum one year of experience operating sit-down and reach forklifts is a plus </li><li>Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) </li></ul> <p>What's in it for you</p> <p>There has never been a better time to work in logistics.
