Pay rate starting @ $28.41/ hour.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Operate resin-fiberglass and/or resin-Kevlar manufacturing equipment used in the paper machine roll covering process. </li><li>Prepare roll surface for covering process. </li><li>Set roll up into lathe for cover build. </li><li>Unload raw materials and transfer into holding tanks. </li><li>Manage and inventory raw materials. </li><li>Use power tools to construct wood forms used in roll cover manufacturing process. </li><li>Use cranes and mobile equipment to move raw materials and paper machine rolls through the manufacturing process. </li><li>Perform all job requirements according to procedures as outlined in the VOITH Quality Manual, Company Procedures, and Work Instructions. </li><li>Reports problems to higher levels of authority as required by the Quality System. </li><li>All other duties that may be assigned. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must possess good mechanical aptitude. </li><li>Must possess good math skills for calculating material quantities and product formulations. </li><li>High School graduate or equivalent is required. </li><li>Vocational school graduate or apprenticeship in production machinery operation or equivalent is desired, but not required. </li><li>Previous experience with resin-fiberglass, resin-Kevlar manufacturing, or chemical process operation is a plus. </li></ul>
