<p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Proficiently handle purchases and transactions (Cash, Card, and Mobile Payments), and balancing the Register at the beginning and end of shifts </li><li>Restocking shelves and displays with new apparel, neatly organizing and folding inventory, and maintaining storage closet </li><li>Handle packaging and communications with customers regarding online orders </li><li>Be able to effectively communicate with customers about promotions and new arrivals and be an information source for visitors, both in person and over the phone </li><li>Daily maintenance of the store such as basic dusting and cleaning of surfaces </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Strong customer service skills with a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction </li><li>Excellent communication skills, both in person and through online/email correspondence </li><li>Proficiency in cash handling and general transaction processing </li><li>Willingness to assist with stocking, cleaning, and event setup as needed </li><li>Commitment to Regent's core values of Excellence, Innovation, and Integrity </li></ul> <p>Regent University does not discriminate in employment in its programs or activities on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin, sex, disability, age or veteran status.
