We provide housing for families, veterans, and low-income seniors. We provide care and support for individuals with developmental disabilities, healing accountability that brings people together with restorative justice, and free HIV testing and education. Responsible for providing effective leadership in the professional network and within the program and management structure of the agency. Responsible for strategic planning, program budget, quality measures, and training.</p> <p>WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE FOR THIS ROLE:</p> <p>The position requires an undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent training and experience, and a minimum of five years of experience, and a minimum of five years of related experience with DD population. Supervisory experience is essential. The positions requires the ability to manage complex, multi-function programs at multiple sites both by physically being n site and by using the electronic record system to monitor and report. Demonstrated skill in the following areas is critical; analytical oversite through use of the electronic record keeping system, program planning, and evaluation of personnel and management of program staff. The ability to work effectively with a budget and daily financial adjustments to services and have the ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Ensure the effective administration of all assigned programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Hire, train, supervise and evaluate staff.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure the timely submission of all required reports as required by agency, funding and regulatory agencies.</p> </li><li> <p>Participating in Management meetings as a leader in program information</p> </li><li> <p>Secure and maintain necessary licenses, certifications, and standards for the operation of the programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure programs serve the targeted client populations and achieve the outcomes outlined in the program strategic plans, and the DDID state contract.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures oversight of the incident management system</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures all Human Rights commission requests made timely.</p> </li><li> <p>Participates in PQI needs for program to maintain COA accreditation.</p> </li></ol> <p>10 Perform any and all additional responsibilities as assigned that are needed for the agency to meet its mission.</p> <p>We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law</p>
