Join our compassionate team atCookies Place Boutique, located inside theRegional Cancer Center, where you'll help patients regain confidence and comfort through personalized post-surgical fittings.</p> <p>What Youll Do:</p> <p>Support & Empower Patients Provide compassionate consultations and fittings for mastectomy products, compression garments, and wigs, helping patients feel their best during recovery.</p> <p>Blend Healthcare with Retail Expertise Assist with merchandising, stocking, and managing inventory while delivering an exceptional customer experience.</p> <p>Customize Treatment Plans Assess patients, formulate personalized fitting plans, and ensure proper product selection to meet their unique needs.</p> <p>Manage Sales & Operations Process transactions, maintain inventory in the Point-of-Sale system, and contribute to marketing efforts that enhance boutique services.</p> <p>Ensure Compliance & Documentation Prepare and maintain medical records while meeting all regulatory and insurance requirements.</p> <p>Advance Your Skills Get certified as a Mastectomy Fitter (CMF) and receive training in compression fittings to expand your expertise.</p> <p>If you haveretail or healthcare experience, akeen eye for detail, and apassion for patient care, wed love to meet you! Join us and be a part of a team that trulychanges livesone fitting at a time.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.</p> <p>Experience: Minimum of 1 years experience in retail/healthcare setting with knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME). Experience in fitting mastectomy and compression garments, bras and wigs.</p> <p>Certification: Certified Mastectomy Fitter (CMF) preferred or willingness to be trained and certified within 6 months of hire.</p> <p>License: N/A</p> <p>Other: Demonstrate excellent customer service. Detail oriented. Ability to be sensitive to customer and patient needs. Comfortable working with patients in various stages of treatment.
