<p>Position Summary</p> <p>The Project Coordinator supports the successful execution of client delivery projects by coordinating daily project activities,?maintaining?documentation, and ensuring alignment across teams. This role?applies?NASI PMO standards and methodologies to help deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about improving processes, supporting technical teams, and strengthening project performance.</p> <p>Position Details:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Hourly position based upon experience & skill level</p> </li><li> <p>Contract with possible contract extension or hire</p> </li><li> <p>Standard work hours: Mon-Fri 7:00am up 5:00pm (as needed after hours/weekends)</p> </li><li> <p>Location: Onsite - Client site in New Albany, OH</p> </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Project Coordination & Execution </li><li>Apply?NASI PMO standards, processes, and methodologies consistently across all assigned projects. </li><li>Coordinate project tasks, schedules, and deliverables across multiple contributing teams. </li><li>Assist with payroll and onboarding. </li><li>Maintain?accurate?project documentation, records, and version control in centralized systems. </li><li>Monitor project activities,?identify?potential delays, and provide?timely?status updates to the project manager. </li><li>Assist?with?requirements?for?gathering, testing, and other?project specific?tasks as needed. </li><li>Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration </li><li>Serve as a primary point of contact for project-related communication with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams. </li><li>Gather, organize, and?validate?project information to ensure delivery teams have current,?accurate?data. </li><li>Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and documentation to support stakeholder communication. </li><li>Foster strong, collaborative working relationships across NASI operations and all levels of the?organization. </li><li>Data Analysis & Reporting </li><li>Analyze project data including schedules, budgets, resource?utilization, and delivery performance. </li><li>Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for PMO and operations leadership. </li><li>Maintain and distribute project materials such as status updates, policies, requirements documents, and vendor information. </li><li>Operational Support & Continuous Improvement </li><li>Create and?maintain?project schedules, timelines, and change-control documentation. </li><li>Look for opportunities to improve coordination processes,?optimize?workflows, and enhance project quality. </li><li>Support seamless transitions between project and operational functions. </li><li>Achieve performance targets related to service quality, accuracy, and timeliness. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills & Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Accountability:?Takes ownership, understands the broader organizational goals, and contributes to continuous improvement. </li><li>Attention to Detail:?Produces?accurate, high-quality work and?maintains?organized,?well-structured?documentation. </li><li>Customer Focus:?Delivers responsive, high-quality service with an understanding of both internal and external customer impacts. </li><li>Interpersonal Skills:?Communicates professionally, uses tact and diplomacy, and?remains?composed under pressure. </li><li>Results Driven:?Sets high performance standards and?demonstrates?persistence and urgency in meeting goals. </li></ul> <p>Education & Experience Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field?or?equivalent experience. </li><li>Minimum of?2 years of project coordination experience, preferably within the technology services industry. </li><li>Understanding?project management methodologies, standards, and documentation practices. </li><li>Strong analytical and?problem-solving?skills, including?requirements of?documentation and issue troubleshooting. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Ability to build strong working relationships across project teams, stakeholders, management, and vendors. </li><li>Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, SharePoint, MS Project, PPM tools, ERP platforms, Salesforce.com, workforce management, and?cloud-based?systems. </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <ul> <li>This position has?no supervisory responsibilities. </li></ul> <p>Why Black Box??Black Box is a leading global technology solutions provider with 2,500+ team members across 24 countries.
