<p>Summary</p> <p>The manager of operations is responsible for all support staff. This position will lead "Best in Class" service by example and manage all service-related functions. . The manager of operations reports to and is employed by Shuttleworth Financial Group.</p> <p>This position is fully in-office. Compensation is $80,000-$100,000 dependent upon experience. Benefits include: PTO.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Position Roles/Responsibilities/Accountabilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead, supervise and support office staff to ensure operational efficiency and daily client service requests are met</p> </li><li> <p>Train, coach and mentor support staff to foster professional growth and performance</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare and manage weekly team meeting agendas</p> </li><li> <p>Manage business pipeline from initiation to completion, ensuring timely execution</p> </li><li> <p>Manage all advisors continuing education, computer based trainings, licensing requirements, including renewals and onboarding</p> </li><li> <p>Manage and monitor documentation standards and disclosure requirements to ensure full regulatory compliance</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee and maintain all office technology systems including computers, printers, internet connectivity and related equipment</p> </li><li> <p>Manage the office Social Media presence to enhance visibility</p> </li><li> <p>Develop & manage the team's marketing plan in conjunction with growth initiatives and business goals</p> </li><li> <p>Handle complex client service requests to ensure high standard of client satisfaction and retention</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate and manage all aspects of Advisors' "Quarterly call" activities including scheduling, content and follow-up</p> </li><li> <p>Plan, coordinate and execute office events such as Economic Outlook presentations, team-building events, and community outreach (e.g. church events)</p> </li></ul> <p>Position Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in the investment or financial services industry </li><li>3+ years of management experience with a track record of team leadership </li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills </li><li>Proficiency with technology, and tools like Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Docusign, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint required </li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality </li><li>Ability to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential information </li><li>Basic understanding of our products and services, and Thrivent Financial </li></ul> <p>Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Planning/Organizing </li><li>Customer Focus </li><li>Communication </li><li>Interpersonal Skills </li><li>Teamwork, Leadership, and Collaboration </li><li>Adaptability/Flexibility </li></ul> <p>External/Internal Dependencies</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to work with all roles of the team </li><li>Must be able to represent the organization in work with external clients </li><li>Must be able to cultivate and maintain relationships with outside organizations </li></ul> <p>As part of Shuttleworth Financial Group's recruiting/hiring/contracting process, a verification of a candidate's background will be made to complete the hiring/contracting process.
