<p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Performs a variety of administrative duties related to Physician Contracts for all corporations owned by Mcleod Health. </li><li>Compiles data, reviews files, and prepares and maintains reports related to physician contract management. </li><li>Performs financial analysis regarding physician contracts as needed. </li><li>Assists outside agencies and or accountants with information as needed for their review of contracts. </li><li>Monitors physician contracts to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions. </li><li>Provides support to hospital counsel regarding contracts as needed. </li><li>Requires excellent communication, organization, and computer skills. </li><li>Demonstrates ability and initiative to perform duties with consistently high levels of accuracy, competency, and sound judgment. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in Accounting or a related field is required. </li><li>Experience with PC-based applications, preferably Microsoft Word, and Excel. </li><li>Must have strong Excel skills. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>Degrees:</p> <ul> <li>High School/Ged </li></ul> <p>Founded in 1906, McLeod Health is a locally owned and managed, not for profit organization supported by the strength of more than 900 members on its medical staff and more than 2,900 licensed nurses.
