<p>As an Intern, Rights & Royalties with Vistex, you will provide technical, business service and support to Vistex's Rights and Royalty Management Solution. In this role, you will learn general business processes, test business systems, and collaborate closely with internal consulting and development teams, focusing on the Vistex solutions for the Music industry. You will receive training on the company's enterprise-level rights and royalties management software solutions. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Music and is based in the Encino, CA office.</p> <p>Responsibilities :</p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain in-depth technical, product functionality and operational knowledge of the Counterpoint Product Suite. </li><li>Actively test and participate in the quality assurance activities for products; provide feedback to development teams on product performance, stability, quality and supportability </li><li>Assist with providing direct client technical service and support for software products and services via phone, email and screenshares, including logging new items and on-going correspondence, diagnosing, resolving and escalating issues when required </li><li>Other duties as directed or required </li></ul> <p>The compensation for this position is $18 - $25 hourly.
