If you're ready to create work that matters, we're ready to review your application.</p> <p>You bring the talent; we bring the opportunity.</p> <p>We are looking for a Marketing Insights & Analytics Analyst to collect, cleanse, and model data from various systems to create a unified customer journey view.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Proficient in data modeling, transformation, cleansing, and creating data logic and queries. </li><li>Provide actionable insights by analyzing marketing data from multiple channels, including social media, email, web, and paid media, to support planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns. </li><li>Develop financial metrics such ROI, profitability to evaluate the financial success of key marketing initiatives and campaigns. </li><li>Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, business teams, data architects, and data engineers through interviews and working sessions to ensure data integrity and alignment with organizational goals. </li><li>Leverage predictive analytics and machine learning models to forecast trends, optimize marketing strategies, and recommend data-driven solutions. </li><li>Work with Finance and Governance teams to build and measure financial metrics across key marketing initiatives and prepare executive reports on campaign performance, customer engagement, and ROI to inform strategic decision-making and enhance marketing effectiveness. </li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies in all aspects of data handling and analysis. </li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders and marketing teams to understand data requirements and deliver impactful insights that align with business objectives. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>A bachelor's degree in marketing, data science, data analytics, information systems, statistics or a related field is required, master's degree is preferred. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in marketing/data analysis/financial analysis with a focus on banking and/or retail bank products, marketing, or a related role. </li><li>Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling and analysis, with the ability to gather, analyze, and provide data insights. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with proficient knowledge of databases, SQL, and MS Office applications. </li><li>Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, Oracle) </li><li>Experience with data analysis tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI </li><li>Knowledge of marketing platform analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, Google Analytics, and Meta platforms preferred. </li></ul> <p>Salary Range:</p> <p>Utah: $81,000-$118,000 (depending on experience and other job-related factors)</p> <p>San Francisco/San Jose: $90,000- $150,000</p> <p>This is an in-office position that will sit at a local corporate hub 5 days a week. This is not a hybrid role.</p> <p>Visa Sponsorship:</p> <p>This Marketing Insights & Analytics Analyst position is currently not eligible for employment visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B visa).
