<p>Job Description</p> <p>Program & Project Management Manager (Accenture LLP; St. Louis, MO): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Program & Project Management Manager in St. Louis, MO, and the job duties are as follows:</p> <ul> <li>Support the program from scoping and gathering requirements through deployment for an end-to-end project or specific area of a project for Accenture or clients. </li><li>Develop technical specifications and related documentation. </li><li>Create program sources and conduct unit and integration testing to deliver final technology product to the testing environment. </li><li>Analyze functional and technical business requirements and verify that the requirements are aligned with business needs and objectives. </li><li>Provide production support and resolve incidents. </li><li>Identify and implement monitoring and enabling solutions to ensure high availability and performance of the applications and environment. </li><li>Coordinate work between different teams at different locations. </li><li>Create and present report for service level adherence and other operational metrics to stakeholders. </li><li>Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management. </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.</p> <p>Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:</p> <ul> <li>Project Management within the telecommunications industry; </li><li>Applying Agile methodology and utilizing Agile project management tools, including Jira; </li><li>Managing large-scale programs or projects, which entails the management of scope, schedule, and financial aspects across multiple complex applications; </li><li>Managing projects, creating project plans and estimates, handling project risks and issues, and providing project status to the client and internal stakeholders; </li><li>Overseeing project teams, coordinating activities across multiple regions, and facilitating multi-time zone collaboration; </li><li>Utilizing Microsoft Project and other Microsoft Tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or Visio; and </li><li>Leading the execution of software development projects using Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process. </li></ul> <p>Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.</p> <p>To apply, please click the 'APPLY' button.</p> <p>#LI-DNI</p> <p>#IND-DNI</p> <p>Locations</p>
