<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>Pick up and deliver items from one location to another at the direction of Servers, Bartenders, Supervisors, and other F&B team members. Garnish, add sides and utensils to food orders. Carry ticket to the table and serve food.</p> <p>Available Shift:</p> <ul> <li>Swing Shift: 3:00PM-11:00PM </li></ul> <p>Supervisory Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>None </li></ul> <p>Duties/Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Move between the Sports Bar and Crossings Café with a cart while picking up and delivering orders to the servers and bartenders who have placed them. </li><li>Work in coordination with Kitchen Staff in Crossings to ensure timely and accurate filling and completion of orders. </li><li>Execute the steps of finalizing a food order. </li><li>Package and make ready-to-go orders as needed. </li><li>All other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must be 21 years of age or older. </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred. </li></ul> <p>Certifications, Licenses, and/or Registrations:</p> <ul> <li>Gaming license/registration as required by jurisdiction(s). </li><li>Ability to obtain a food handler's card. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to be a TEAM player. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Must be polite and friendly as frequent guest contact will occur </li><li>Must be prompt, timely and strictly adhere to the company time and attendance policy. </li><li>Excellent organizational skills, with particular attention to quality and detail. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization. </li><li>High standard of cleanliness and safety guidelines. </li><li>Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Requires visual acuity. </li><li>Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times. </li><li>Ability to work in an environment with moderate to loud noise, bright lights, smoke, and dust. </li><li>Requires constant standing, walking with occasional sitting, reaching outward, reaching above shoulder level, squatting or kneeling, bending and climbing. </li></ul>
