<p>As Sr. Software Engineer II, you'll support operational sustainment and maintenance of the government customer's fielded capabilities to include software, models, algorithms, interfaces, integrations, Kubernetes environments, host software, database management, test, security patching, and M&S DevSecOps Platform.</p> <p>We know that you can't have great technology services without amazing people. Value for our customers.</p> <p>If you think you can see yourself delivering our mission and pursuing our goals with us, then check out the job description below!</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <ul> <li>Design and architect model behaviors to represent operationally relevant capabilities in AFSIM or other M&S frameworks. </li><li>Conduct analysis to develop and assess requirements and collect data to address modern weapon system capabilities, evolving TTPs, and new and changing JFACC training requirements such as on demand exercise capabilities, space, weather, cyber, logistics, etc. </li><li>Develop and integrate toward one common AF M&S suite of software within the M&S Platform as directed by the SPO </li></ul> <p>What you'll need to succeed:</p> <ul> <li>Must have an active DoD SECRET Clearance. </li><li>You have 7 years of experience in software development using languages and systems such as C++ and Python, with a focus on simulation frameworks like AFSIM. </li><li>You are skilled in building and integrating web services, database systems, and web application development. </li><li>You have experience working with cloud-based services (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure) and/or RESTful architectures. </li></ul> <p>SALARY RANGE: $120,000 - $191,000</p> <p>The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
