<p>Position Details</p> <p>Position Information</p> <p>Position Title Assistant Womens Volleyball Coach Department WOMEN'S VOLLEYBALL Position Category Staff Full Time Job Description</p> <p>The Assistant Volleyball Coach aids in the growth and development of the womens volleyball program and its student-athletes by assisting with the planning and direction of team activities. The primary duty of the Assistant Womens Volleyball Coach is instructing student-athletes in the skills and strategies unique to competition in the sport.</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Successful background as a volleyball player and/or coach at the NCAA Division I, II, or III level; <em>Thorough knowledge of the sport; </em>Strong communication and organizational skills; <em>Knowledge of NCAA and South Atlantic Conference rules and regulations; </em>CPR certified. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications Physical Demands Campus Harrogate</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>Promote the mission of Lincoln Memorial University to all faculty, staff, students and to the community at large;</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>Engage in instruction of sport skills and strategies to develop student-athletes athletically;</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>Conduct/oversee student-athlete progress evaluation, individual workouts, and study hall;</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>Participate in the recruitment of student-athletes;</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>Assist the Head Coach in the overall operations of the program;</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>Oversee student-athletes while in the weight room and assist with maintaining the upkeep of the weight room;</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>Develop and coordinate the academic success program for student-athletes in need of academic assistance;</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>Participate in efforts to collect, analyze and report data for the athletic department as part of the University s planning, assessment and evaluation processes for institutional effectiveness;</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>Assist in the production of outcomes assessment and long range planning for the athletic department;</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>Assist with the completion of required institutional and program accreditation reports and other reports necessary for the operation and advancement of the University;</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>Teach up to six (6) credit hours of appropriate University and/or J.
