Samaritans Purse is looking for highly-skilled administrative professionals who are passionate about the proclamation of the gospel to join our Operation Christmas Child (OCC) Seasonal Human Resources Team!</p> <p>A Day in the Life of a Seasonal Human Resources Support</p> <p>At Samaritans Purse, the gospel is the center of all that we do! Serve as an OCC Seasonal HR Support and you will have the opportunity to:</p> <ul> <li>Guide seasonal associates through the onboarding process </li><li>Ensure accurate completion of I-9 forms for all new hires </li><li>Complete quality control checklists for seasonal candidates </li><li>Work with the Human Resources Support Project Supervisor to meet compliance guidelines </li><li>Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of OCC seasonal staff as needed </li></ul> <p>This is a full-time (40+ hours per week including some Saturdays), seasonal commitment that runs from mid-August through mid-December. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, be eager to learn, and have a heart to serve in a hands-on ministry.
