In this role, you'll lead development teams to deliver world-class software for our 5G Network, focusing on API integration with BSS, OSS, and third-party vendors. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Billing, Credit, and Financing domains, with expertise in cloud-based platforms, strong communication, and critical thinking skill</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Align the product vision with business goals and gain stakeholder buy-in on major decisions </li><li>Manage iteration planning, break down tasks, and provide clear instructions to the development team </li><li>Organize and track sprint and project releases to ensure timely, on-budget delivery </li><li>Ensure project success by meeting team expectations and goals </li><li>Train and support product owners of other teams, facilitating necessary Scrum ceremonies </li><li>Prioritize and groom product backlogs, manage dependencies, and coordinate cross-team delivery </li></ul> <p>Skills, Experience and Requirements</p> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience </li><li>8+ years of enterprise product ownership and requirements documentation experience </li><li>8+ years of experience in software/API integration </li><li>Expertise in Billing, Credit, and Financing domains </li></ul> <p>Skills and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Strong technical knowledge of data models, data management, APIs, and integration </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an understanding of enterprise solution architecture </li><li>Self-starter with the ability to navigate complex environments </li><li>Proficient in OpenAPI specifications and troubleshooting assistance </li><li>Experience working with offshore teams </li><li>Knowledge of AWS, Apigee, and development experience in Java, SpringBoot, or Node.js is a plus </li></ul> <p>Visa sponsorship not available for this role</p> <p>Salary Ranges</p> <p>Compensation: $83,160.00/Year - $118,800.00/Year</p> <p>Benefits</p> <p>We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities and a flexible time away plan.
