<p>Laser Technician - 1st Shift</p> <p>Who we are:</p> <p>ArtiFlex Manufacturing Group is a high-performing team that specializes in stamping, assembly, E-Coat, and packaging. We manufacture automotive sheet metal body panels through large tonnage press stamping and welded assembly processes. We support and embody a vision of safely growing our people and unleashing their full potential because we see greatness in everyone we hire.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Follow Laser safety and system protocols. </li><li>load, run, and save laser programs. </li><li>Verify parts are set to the correct revision level. </li><li>Assist with troubleshooting and machine maintenance </li><li>Touch up current laser programs during setup </li><li>Ensure all quality processes are being followed on the production floor: PIP, FPA, Hourly checks </li><li>Responsible for laser part holding fixtures, job set up, and first piece approval. </li><li>Maintain training and knowledge levels in accordance to software revision release. </li><li>Assist with daily production needs </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Basic understanding of X, Y, Z coordinate machine programming. </li><li>Background in quality systems (CMM, Blue Light, Quality reporting) </li><li>Background with CNC machines </li><li>Technical and hands on abilities </li><li>Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. </li><li>Ability to work overtime when necessary to complete priority jobs. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>ArtiFlex employees are ArtiFlex owners with our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
