<p>OB/GYN Physician - Community-Focused Women's Health</p> <p>Valley Health Systems, Inc. - Fort Gay and Huntington, WV and surrounding communities</p> <p>Valley Health Systems is seeking a dedicated OB/GYN Physician who is passionate about improving the health of women in our region. You'll be part of a team that values relationships, continuity of care, and patient trust.</p> <p>Position Highlights</p> <ul> <li>Full-time position with a focus on comprehensive, community-centered women's care </li><li>Hospital privileges required </li><li>Participates in a supportive group call schedule, typically one call every 8-10 days and one weekend every 8-10 weeks. </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Starting salary: $275,000 plus incentive opportunity </li><li>Sign-on bonus: $15,000 </li><li>Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and generous retirement contribution of up to $23,500 </li><li>Generous paid time off with a starting accrual of 200 hours with additional time available in illness banks, personal time and birthday PTO. </li><li>CME funds and time off provided for continuing education </li><li>Eligibility for NHSC and state loan repayment programs </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Provide a full scope of obstetric and gynecologic services, from prenatal care and delivery to ongoing women's health needs </li><li>Serve patients of all ages and backgrounds, strengthening access to care in underserved communities </li><li>Collaborate with skilled providers, nurses, and support staff to deliver team-based, patient-focused care </li><li>Maintain accurate documentation within our Epic EMR system </li><li>Contribute to quality improvement efforts that advance women's health services </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility for board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology </li><li>Current or eligibility for unrestricted West Virginia medical license </li><li>A heart for community care and a commitment to Valley Health's mission of "Quality Healthcare in Your Neighborhood" </li></ul> <p>Ready to make a difference?</p> <p>If interested in joining Valley Health, send your CV to cmeese@valleyhealth.org.</p>
