High School Diploma</p> <p>? Comfortable using software such as, but not limited to, the use of spreadsheets, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office</p> <p>? Ability to communicate effectively with staff and with other technology personnel</p> <p>? Barcode all new technology equipment purchased in the district</p> <p>? Data entry of new technology into the asset database</p> <p>? Maintain data accuracy in the asset database through collaborative work with the tech support services, network, and digital</p> <p>learning teams</p> <p>? Prepare technology for shipping to schools and communicate about shipments with school staff</p> <p>? Prepare reports as needed on technology inventory including providing reports to inform purchasing decisions of replacement</p> <p>technology</p> <p>? Prepare technology for surplus including updating database records and providing reports of surplus equipment</p> <p>? Provide suggestions for improving inventory management</p> <p>? Provide insights into database inventory</p> <p>? Assist with physical inventory of technology in school buildings</p> <p>? Other job duties as needed related to inventory management or to assist in departmental operations</p> <p>Work Environment & Physical Requirements:</p> <p>Work Environment:</p> <p>? This role involves moving IT equipment (computers, printers, AV equipment etc.) weighing up to 50 lbs.</p> <p>? This role may occasionally require the use of a car to travel between school buildings.</p> <p>? This role involves plugging in the network and electric connections of IT equipment that is oftentimes difficult to reach under or behind furniture, and</p> <p>may involve bending, stooping, crouching, and/or kneeling.</p> <p>?
