Because together, we're more than ourselves.</p> <p>We're committed to disability inclusion and if you need reasonable accommodation/adjustments throughout our recruitment process, you can always contact us.</p> <p>Your expertise</p> <ul> <li>ideally 2+ years of hands-on experience in a maintenance and support </li><li>experience in Java, J2EE, Unix, Perl scripting, Oracle PL/SQL, Sybase, Autosys, Big Panda, Splunk, App Dynamics, Websphere/Tomcat, Python </li><li>experience with monitoring solutions required, preferably BigPanda, App Insight, LogAnalytics and Exposure to Grafana and Prometheus </li><li>complete understanding of the ITIL Service Framework (incident, problem, release, and event management).
