<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>The Water Reclamation Supervisor oversees shift operations and maintenance activities to ensure efficient, compliant performance of the Water Reclamation Facility. Supervising 5-9 operators or maintenance staff, the incumbent serves as a working supervisor responsible for training, scheduling, directing work, evaluating performance, resolving issues, and ensuring proper operation of plant processes and equipment. The role involves monitoring treatment operations through SCADA, analyzing plant data using CMMS, Hach WIMS, and LIMS, and making operational decisions to maintain regulatory compliance. The supervisor assists with process control reviews, special projects, plant upgrades, SOP and O&M manual updates, and construction or pilot studies. They ensure the maintenance and security of a wide range of treatment equipment, update technical drawings and operational documentation, maintain detailed records, and help administer labor contract terms.
