<p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. </li><li>Responsible for the administration and processing of customer orders, from induction through to invoicing </li><li>Responsible for the compilation and issuing of work instructions for processing customer orders, using proprietary intranet reports, word and pdf </li><li>Assist with the preparation of cost estimates and quotes, using excel cost models, historic pricing data and ERP data, this also includes proactive assistance in the maintenance of cost models </li><li>Responsible for the compilation and update of weekly customer status reports, using data provided by production and ERP database, uploaded to excel template </li><li>Liaise with production to assist in the scheduling of customer orders - inputting and updating data within ERP database. </li><li>Create and maintain information required in the salesforce. </li><li>Liaise with production to communicate customer instructions and job requirements </li><li>Assist with customer communications via email and telephone or conferencing services, including attendance at all customer update calls/meetings </li><li>Assist with compilation of weekly OTD metrics (excel) </li><li>Responsible for the timely creation and distribution of all metrics relating to customer support </li><li>Perform any additional tasks as required </li><li>Ensure adherence to Safety Rules and Regulations </li><li>Ensure high levels of housekeeping are maintained within work area </li><li>Ensure work is carried out in accordance with QHSE policy </li><li>Commitment to Company Values </li></ul> <p>Required Skills / Knowledge</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge office equipment and filing systems </li><li>Knowledge of trade compliance (import/export rules and guidelines) </li><li>Computer software knowledge (MS Office/internet/websites) </li><li>Knowledge of purchase order processing </li><li>Customer Service etiquette </li><li>Skilled in organizing and prioritizing workload </li><li>Use of office equipment and filing systems (fax machines, copiers, phone systems) </li><li>Skilled in analyzing and solving problems and paying attention to detail </li><li>Able to multitask in order to meet deadlines </li><li>Ability to read, write, communicate and understand English </li><li>Able to process data into useful information </li><li>Ability to concentrate for long periods of time </li><li>Comfortable with basic mathematical calculations to compute quotes, etc. </li><li>Able to be flexible with work schedule </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>2 to 3 years' experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified (preferably in a manufacturing setting) </li></ul> <p>Education Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or equivalent experience (but Bachelor's degree in Business or similar preferred) </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Professional in appearance and demeanor </li><li>Punctual </li><li>Ability to sit/stand for up to 8 hours per day </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. </li><li>Ability to type and look at a computer monitor for long periods of time </li></ul> <p>What We Offer</p> <ul> <li>Supportive company culture that values its employees </li><li>Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision & 401 K Plan </li><li>Paid Time Off & Holidays </li><li>On-Site Gym and Fitness Center </li><li>Employee Referral Bonus </li><li>Personal & Career Development Opportunities </li><li>Company sponsored Perks & Discount programs </li></ul>
