For this role, the individual must be based in or willing to relocate to the Columbus area and will be required to work onsite at our Fulfillment Center at least three days per week.</p> <p>Our partner teams are distributed remotely across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. To foster strong relationships, we meet in person at least twice a year-once as a company and once within our departments. Whether in person or remote, we show up consistently, stay focused on our purpose, and deliver results-together, from anywhere.</p> <p>What the Role Is</p> <p>Babylist is looking for a Senior IT Operations Engineer to support our fulfillment center in Commercial Point, Ohio. In this role, you'll lead the design, implementation, and ongoing support of critical IT systems and infrastructure that keep warehouse operations running smoothly. You'll ensure network and device uptime, support physical security systems, manage local inventory, and collaborate with remote teams to maintain compliance, automation, and system reliability. In compliance with applicable pay transparency laws, the starting salary range for this role is $109,560.00 to $164,340.00, representing the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably expect to offer for this position.</p> <p>Your starting salary within this range will be determined based on your skills, experience, and work location, with future adjustments informed by role growth, performance, and internal pay equity.
