You will play a key role in getting loans from approval to funding with accuracy, and strong partnership.</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>As a Loan Origination Specialist in Wholesale Loan Services, you will be responsible for coordinating the post approval activities with Credit Risk Officers/Bankers and other areas of Wholesale Loan Services to ensure all loans are closed and funded to meet our client's expectations.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage and maintain an individual pipeline of active commercial loans </li><li>Collect and review legal loan documentation for operational feasibility, optimal execution mechanics, regulatory requirements, and mitigation of operational risk </li><li>Review and advise on funding mechanics and operational requirements relating to products, process, and policies </li><li>Coordinate flow of post approval tasks from mandate to booking </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Strong oral and written communication skills </li><li>Excellent attention to detail </li><li>Ability to multi-task through the practice of strong organizational and time management skills </li><li>Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial loan products and documentation </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:</p> <ul> <li>College degree or equivalent work experience </li></ul>
