<p>Pay Range: $17.50 - $20.01</p> <p>Responsible for performing various duties related to the courier area including: Completion of assigned courier routes, coordination of supply and mail sorting and delivery, answering internal customer calls and questions, ability to follow procedures and interrogate data,</p> <p>basic decision-making requirements including ongoing focus on risk and fraud mitigation, ensuring compliance with regulations, working to meet service level expectations and customer service needs. Responsible to complete ongoing training and development goals, including cross training on the department tasks to ensure team coverage</p> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or GED required </li><li>Relevant experience preferred </li></ul> <p>Skills and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Customer?service?skills. </li><li>Oral and written communication skills. </li><li>Data?entry?skills?helpful?but?not?required. </li><li>PC?skills?in?a?Windows?environment preferred. </li><li>Organizational skills </li><li>Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on department procedures and guidelines </li></ul> <p>Unique Job Characteristics and Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Driver's license with safe driving record required. </li><li>Ability to drive multiple vehicles. </li></ul> <p>Tasks Performed:</p> <ul> <li>50% Complete assigned duties, including: completion of courier route, communication of vehicle maintenance needs, vehicle upkeep, mail, and retention and supply sorting and delivery. </li><li>15% Provide support to internal and/or external customers, cross train on other courier routes as assigned and provide coverage for other team duties as required. </li><li>15% Maintain proficient knowledge of and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position. Ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures, and internal controls.
