<p>The Product Development Engineer leads the planning, design, development, and implementation of new Analytical & Medical products. This role drives innovation across the full product lifecycle, including performance enhancements, design optimization of existing product lines, and oversight of cross functional engineering initiatives. The Engineer provides technical leadership, mentors team members, and ensures product solutions meet customer, regulatory, and business requirements.</p> <p>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the design and development of new solenoid valve products for Analytical & Medical products that align with customer needs, marketing strategies, and business objectives. </li><li>Develop, review, and approve detailed technical specifications and documentation to meet customer and regulatory requirements. </li><li>Define and drive requirements for developmental, qualification, reliability, and agency approval testing for new and existing products. </li><li>Direct cross-functional project teams through all phases of the product development process, from concept and prototyping through validation, launch, and production readiness. </li><li>Oversee and contribute to product localization and customization initiatives to support global markets and manufacturing capabilities. </li><li>Identify opportunities for product performance improvement, cost optimization, and design standardization. </li><li>Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering collaborative problem solving and knowledge sharing. </li><li>Ensure compliance with engineering standards, design control processes, and industry regulations. </li></ul> <p>Who You Are:</p> <ul> <li>You ask the right questions to accurately analyze situations.
