<p>Job Details</p> <p>Job Location: Hadco Corporate - Lehi, UT</p> <p>Salary Range: Undisclosed</p> <p>Description</p> <p>Hadco Construction invites you to join our fast paced, friendly team!</p> <p>Schedule: Full time, overtime available</p> <p>Eligible for Benefits after 60 days!</p> <p>Overview:</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced Concrete Flatwork Foreman with 5-10 years of hands-on experience leading concrete crews. This individual should have strong leadership skills, a solid background in residential or commercial flatwork, and the ability to run a job site efficiently. Commercial experience is a plus.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and supervise concrete crews on flatwork projects (sidewalks, driveways, slabs, curbing, etc.) </li><li>Coordinate daily tasks, schedules, and materials with Project Manager or Superintendent </li><li>Ensure work meets quality standards, project specs, and safety requirements </li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and layout </li><li>Set grades, form, pour, and finish concrete flatwork </li><li>Communicate with subcontractors, inspectors, and other trades as needed </li><li>Train and mentor crew members; provide on-site guidance and feedback </li><li>Track job progress and report issues or delays </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>5-10 years of concrete flatwork experience, with at least 2-3 years in a lead/foreman role </li><li>Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing, and curing methods </li><li>Ability to read construction plans and lay out job sites </li><li>Reliable, organized, and safety-focused </li><li>Experience in commercial concrete work preferred but not required </li><li>Valid driver's license and dependable transportation </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Medical Insurance </li><li>Dental Insurance </li><li>Vision Insurance </li><li>Life Insurance </li><li>Supplemental Insurances </li><li>401(k) with company match </li><li>Holiday pay </li><li>Vacation pay </li></ul> <p>Out-of-state applicants will not be considered.</p>
