<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop, coordinate, and execute a marketing calendar for Auxiliary Services, (Dining, C-Store, Retail, Carriage House, and Vending/Laundry) </li><li>Implement promotions and pop-up concepts that enhance the guest experience </li><li>Monitor multiple unit performances and identify opportunities for improvements </li><li>Provide promotional opportunities for downtown dollar vendors </li><li>Update CAS webpages </li><li>Back-up support for Laundry/Vending maintenance tickets </li><li>Work with Champlin Dining on menu layout and upload weekly to webpage </li><li>Weekly update of unit menu boards </li><li>Conduct focus groups and administer customer surveys both digitally and in-person </li><li>Promote the work of CAS as it relates to the campus mission and to enhance the student experience </li><li>Maintain positive partnerships with campus student groups and organizations, as well as professional offices </li><li>Some travel may be required </li><li>Perform all other duties, as assigned by the Marketing Director </li><li>Adhere to policies and procedures set by the campus and CAS </li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, conflict-resolution, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and assignments, manage time effectively, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Demonstrate a working knowledge of Mac-Platform programs, Canva, and familiar with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.)
