<p>The Customer Service Representative assists customers with all aspects of the order taking process, answers questions about products and processes returns, and works cross functionally across departments to ensure a positive customer experience.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Promptly answer phones and route calls appropriately. </li><li>Conduct outbound calls for customer follow-ups as needed. </li><li>Respond to and resolve customer requests including processing orders, requests for pricing, product availability, delivery, billing questions, returns and cancellations. </li><li>Perform accurate data entry for product orders, verifying account details, pricing, quantities, ship dates, and routing instructions. </li><li>Follow up with customers on past due invoices to resolve payment balances. </li><li>Handle key programs that require documenting order information, tracking information and delivery dates. </li><li>Serve as a front desk ambassador, greeting visitors and handling in person orders. </li><li>Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, sorting mail and document preparation. </li><li>Gather and analyze data to provide insights on customer accounts. </li><li>Provide support for the company website. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>POSITION REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a multi-task customer service environment. </li><li>Strong decision-making ability. </li><li>Problem solving skills. </li><li>Excellent organizational skills. </li><li>Effective and accurate decision-making skills. </li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word). </li></ul> <p>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>This position will manage the warehouse and productions teams within the division. </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS - the physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
