<p>Hours: Monday - Friday 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm</p> <p>Triad Manufacturing is looking for a motivated and experienced Mill Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our milling department. The Mill supervisor will ensure that production schedules are met efficiently, oversee a team of operators, and maintain high standards of quality and safety. If you have strong leadership skills and a background in milling or manufacturing, we encourage you to apply.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Supervise the milling team, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards. </li><li>Set up, operate, and monitor milling equipment, ensuring optimal machine performance. </li><li>Train and mentor mill operators on equipment use, safety procedures, and best practices. </li><li>Collaborate with supervisors and management to adjust production processes and schedules as needed. </li><li>Conduct routine inspections of machines and finished products to ensure quality control. </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or process issues, working with the maintenance team when necessary. </li><li>Ensure all employees follow safety protocols and use proper personal protective equipment (PPE). </li><li>Maintain accurate records of production, machine maintenance, and downtime. </li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>5 years supervisory experience, Mill Operator, or in a similar manufacturing role. </li><li>In-depth knowledge of milling equipment, tools, and processes.
