You will begin at the lower end of our pay scale in this role. After a 30 day probation period a review will take place, if all goes well an offer will be made with a pay increase to become the Full Time Front of House Manager, known as Shift Lead.</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Ensuring we perform to our best values between 2PM - Close (11PM) </li><li>Ensures Team Members are Guests focused, following hospitality & service protocols. </li><li>Ensures Team Members are accurately fulfilling Guest's orders. </li><li>Ensures that Team Members work at a pace to maintain restaurant's established speed of service guidelines. </li><li>Ensures a clean & safe environment following all Chick-fil-A food handling and safety protocols </li><li>Ensures minor labor law are being followed throughout the shift. </li><li>Executes break rotations to ensure Team vitality. </li><li>Monitors performance "pinch points" and takes corrective action. </li><li>Perform any of the tasks above as needed throughout shift. </li><li>Addresses guest issues that may arise; consults with management regarding complex issues. </li><li>Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback. </li><li>Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to management for appropriate handling. </li><li>Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures. </li></ul> <p>Here are some of the great benefits of working at Chick-fil-A:</p> <ul> <li>Health and Dental Insurance with Employer Contribution (eligible after 1 year) </li><li>Access to scholarships </li><li>Competitive pay- Along with a competitive paycheck, you will work in a nurturing environment where you will learn valuable business and people skills. </li><li>Closed Sundays- All Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays, so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends. </li><li>Leadership Development, including access to a Leadership Library </li><li>Free Food!- Team members get up to $10.10 in free food at each shift they work. </li><li>Food donations to your organization, event, or extra-curricular activities </li><li>It's a Great Place to Work- At Chick-fil-A, our operators consider their team members to be more than just employees; they are a highly valued part of each Chick-fil-A restaurant. </li></ul> <p>Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.</p> <p>Must have a reliable source of transportation</p> <p>Must be at least 18 years old</p> <p>Must be eligible to work in the United States</p> <p>Must have ability to handle all restaurant equipment; navigating shelving both high and low</p> <p>Ability to hear conversations (telephone or in-person)</p> <p>Mobility required during shifts</p> <p>Must be able to respond to changes or edits quickly and efficiently</p> <p>Must have past experience in shift leading and/or leadership</p> <p>Full-time must be available to work minimum of 32 hours per week, including Fridays & Saturdays</p> <p>Must be able to be on your feet for long periods of time</p> <p>Must work well under pressure</p> <p>Works in hot, noisy, and fast paced environment</p> <p>Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required</p> <p>Ability to multitask</p> <p>Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic</p> <p>Must have good customer service skills</p>
