<p>We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our Human Resources team. The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for supporting day-to-day compensation tasks, data management, and compensation planning. This position will play a key role in the annual bonus process, market data procurement, stock plan management, and systems maintenance.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manage compensation data and assist with the year-end compensation process. </li><li>New hire tracking as part of the global compensation process: </li><li>Tracking of bonus targets, multi-year guarantees, non-cash implications (e.g. RSU grants). </li><li>Maintenance & tracking of other non-comp items such as custom prorations, grad years, and contextual information to assist in compensation planning. </li><li>Documentation of relevant hire approval information. </li><li>Assist with data input of comp information into the comp system of record and the maintenance of this system to keep it up to date. </li><li>Assist with data submissions related to compensation market data providers. </li><li>Complete internal alignment to market data surveys as well as assisting with benchmarking analyses. </li><li>Assist with compensation related requests that come from different areas of the business, such as leadership or accounting. </li><li>Support the administration of stock compensation plans including award grants, vest processing, reporting and withholding obligations, and associated compliance/filings. </li><li>Assist with compiling of employee data to aid in the creation of new stock portal accounts. </li><li>Assist with employee stock portal logins and ad hoc account questions. </li><li>Review internal HRIS & comp system to ensure stockholder details are up to date. </li><li>Assemble Audit information requests. </li><li>Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed. </li><li>Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, including employees, managers, and HR colleagues. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a related field. </li><li>2-4 years of work experience. </li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Excellent excel skills. </li><li>Detail-oriented and able to work independently and in a team environment. </li><li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Sound judgement and understanding of when to escalate issues. </li><li>Ability to be discrete and maintain confidentiality. </li><li>Self-starter who takes initiative and introduces new ideas; has a strong drive for personal excellence. </li><li>Ability to execute accurately and efficiently. </li><li>Strong sense of urgency. </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions: This position will be in Greenwich 4 days/week (WFH every other Friday)</p>
