<p>Employment Type:</p> <p>Full time</p> <p>Shift:</p> <p>Day Shift</p> <p>Description:</p> <p>Join our Adult Medicine team, where you'll play a hands-on role in prepping patients for procedures, assisting with post-op visits, taking vitals, updating electronic health records, and ensuring exam rooms are ready to go. You'll be a trusted partner to both patients and providers, helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes while keeping patient comfort and care front and center. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about making a difference, we'd love to welcome you to our team!</p> <p>What you will do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Prepares exam and treatment rooms. Prepares patients for examination and treatment.</p> </li><li> <p>Obtains pertinent history, enters into the medical record including chief complaint, medical and surgical history, allergies, medications, and appropriate review of systems, and takes/documents patient vital signs.</p> </li><li> <p>Processes and files all lab/diagnostic test results, correspondence, clinical notes in patients' chart after they have been reviewed by the physician.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinates patient flow in the office.
