<p>Trustbridge Hospice, a part of Empath Health is seeking a caring and motivated CNA to work with us visiting our patients in their home in Palm Beach County and south Palm Beach County while providing exceptional care on the following schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm with an every other weekend requirement.</p> <p>Since 1978, Trustbridge Hospice has been honored to serve families across Palm Beach and Broward counties with compassionate, community-based care.
