We seek differences of opinion, life experience and perspective to represent the diversity of our policyholders and achieve the best possible outcomes.</p> <p>This role is hybrid, requiring days on our Lincoln, RI corporate campus</p> <p>This role does not currently offer employment visa sponsorship.</p> <p>Job Overview:</p> <p>The Compensation Analyst will support the Compensation Team in analyzing, developing and implementing the Company's compensation and programs in accordance with the Company's total rewards strategy.</p> <p>We're open to candidates at various stages in their careers. Salary and responsibilities will align with your experience and expertise.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Analyze wage and salary data and recommends changes to the current programs to maintain competitiveness in the marketplace and ensure equity. </li><li>Assist in developing and maintaining company compensation policies and procedures by monitoring changes in federal, state, and local laws. </li><li>Proactively examine market changes in salary ranges and recommends revisions to company salary structure and pay rates for various roles. </li><li>Complete comprehensive benchmark survey participation with resulting analysis. </li><li>Complete ad-hoc pulse surveys as needed / requested throughout the year. </li><li>Participate in the development and administration of the performance management process for all employees. </li><li>Work with managers to ensure accurate job descriptions for positions in the organization, determines appropriate benchmarks, and conducts job analysis to evaluate appropriate salary level. </li><li>Work with hiring managers to evaluate candidates to fill open positions and recommend competitive, equitable job and salary offer structures. </li><li>Provide assistance as needed to the Benefits team in compiling and analyzing statistical data, preparing and completing various reports and surveys, and preparing and disseminating results and provides recommendations as appropriate. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree, or a combination of education and work experience required to perform the duties and responsibilities of the role. </li><li>Minimum of 2 years of Compensation experience preferred. Benefits / Total Rewards experience a plus. </li><li>Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred. </li><li>SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or HRCI designations a plus. </li><li>Must possess strong analytical / data analytical skills. </li><li>Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Requires excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly with Excel. </li><li>Strong HRIS knowledge preferred. </li><li>SQL (Structured Query Language) skills preferred. </li><li>Pursue additional Compensation and HR designations </li></ul> <p>Total Rewards:</p> <ul> <li>Medical, dental, vision coverage, short- and long-term disability, and life insurance </li><li>Paid Vacation - you will receive at least 13 vacation days in the first 12 months, amounts could be greater depending on the role.
