In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service to customers, business partners, and drivers. Your role will involve supporting the efficient handling of customer inquiries, processing damage claims, and maintaining accurate data entry.</p> <p>Opportunity: Contract</p> <p>Compensation: $18-$20/hour</p> <p>Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 9am-5:30pm</p> <p>Location: Swedesboro, NJ</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email </li><li>Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner </li><li>Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues </li><li>Monitor progress of delivery routes </li><li>Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps </li><li>Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>1+ years of related experience preferably within a call center environment </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues </li></ul> <p>Category Code: JN003</p>
