<p>Medical Social Worker MSW Home Health (PRN) - Empath Home Health - Venice, FL</p> <p>Empath Home Health, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a compassionate Medical Social Worker MSW Home Health (PRN) to provide medical social services for patients in their homes throughout Venice, FL and surrounding area. In this PRN role, you'll deliver individualized care, build trusted patient relationships, and help people manage their health with dignity and independence.</p> <p>Locations: Home health visits in Venice, FL and surrounding areas.
