Employee ownership.</p> <p>Summary</p> <p>The Senior Transportation Engineer will lead and supervise roadway design and plan development for a variety of transportation projects.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead roadway design efforts for transportation infrastructure projects </li><li>Supervise and mentor junior engineering staff </li><li>Oversee project design, plan production, and quantity calculations </li><li>Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project quality and timeliness </li><li>Support project management tasks and contribute to business development efforts </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>8+ years of roadway design experience, with an emphasis on corridor modeling </li><li>Professional Engineer (PE) license </li><li>Experience with NCDOT plan production and quantity calculations </li><li>Proficiency in MicroStation / GEOPAK (corridor modeling required) </li><li>Familiarity with OpenRoads Designer (ORD) preferred </li><li>Broad experience in MOT, Drainage, PMP, and Signing is a plus </li></ul> <p>No visa sponsorship or visa transfer offered</p> <p>#LI-JJ1</p>
