The position assists with the warehouse's receipt, storage, retrieval and shipping of goods, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. Warehouse Specialist's must have the ability to jump from different projects and perform various tasks.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Regularly responsible for leading projects in the Warehouse. </li><li>Responsible for unloading, picking, packing, counting, and checking items for customer orders. Will sometimes lead and give directions to Warehouse Associates in regards to these tasks. </li><li>Works in the Warehouse Management System to review and update inventory information. </li><li>Transacts shipping and receiving information in Warehouse Management System; will pull and organize purchase order information. </li><li>Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming and outgoing material. </li><li>Operates hand trucks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment according to safety policies and procedures. </li><li>Responsible for filling customer orders using a pick list and preparing orders for shipment according to company standards. </li><li>Ensure the warehouse area is clean and organized, and that all safety procedures are being followed at all times. </li><li>Collaborates and communicates effectively with management and related departments to ensure seamless operations. </li><li>Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment.
