<p>Payroll & HR Implementation Specialist</p> <p>Copenhagen, Denmark</p> <p>Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week</p> <p>Hybrid after probation - 3 days office:2 days home</p> <p>We are currently looking for someone with experience in implementing new clients within payroll outsourcing who is seeking new career opportunities. With us, you will have the opportunity to develop both broadly and deeply within payroll in a team characterised by strong collaboration and a great sense of community.</p> <p>About the role</p> <p>Our typical client is an international company looking to establish operations in Denmark and needing support throughout the entire process from employer registration to payroll reporting and compliance.</p> <p>The role primarily involves taking full responsibility for the onboarding and implementation process of new payroll clients. This includes:</p> <ul> <li>Client onboarding and due diligence </li><li>Drafting agreements </li><li>Acting as an expert advisor on Danish payroll, employment law, and HR matters </li><li>Conducting needs analysis and mapping requirements </li><li>Setting up payroll systems </li></ul> <p>In many implementations, additional responsibilities may include employer registration with Danish authorities, setup of pension schemes and insurance, and other services requested by the client.</p> <p>Once the implementation is completed, you will hand over the client to a payroll consultant who will take over ongoing responsibility.</p> <p>No two days are the same in this role, you might be resolving complex payroll issues one moment and leading a kick-off meeting with a new client the next. You will be part of a team of payroll and HR consultants, where independent responsibility for your own clients is combined with close teamwork. Many questions require collaborative problem-solving to find the best solution for the client.</p> <p>Key responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Onboarding and implementation of new payroll clients </li><li>Acting as a subject matter expert in payroll and HR for clients </li><li>Contributing to the development and improvement of implementation processes </li><li>Maintaining contact with clients and their employees </li><li>Collaborating closely with legal and finance teams across the business </li><li>Being proactive and solution-oriented to ensure high-quality service delivery </li><li>Driving client cases forward and following up with stakeholders </li><li>Participating in the development of the business area </li></ul> <p>Who are you?</p> <p>You are motivated by learning and continuous development. You are communicative and see collaboration as key to success. As you will be the client's first point of contact, it is important that you enjoy building relationships and establishing trust.</p> <p>You have strong analytical skills and can understand connections between payroll elements, parameters, and systems. You are comfortable interpreting collective agreements and navigating employment legislation related to payroll.</p> <p>Since you will manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, you are able to prioritise effectively and take initiative when needed. You thrive in a role where workload may vary across periods and where deadlines are important.</p> <p>As client communication is primarily in English, you should feel comfortable using it professionally and be motivated to further develop your language skills.</p> <p>You have a relevant practical experience.</p> <p>Preferred qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience with payroll (e.g., systems commonly used in Denmark such as Danløn, Visma, or similar), Epos is preferable </li><li>Strong system interest and technical aptitude </li><li>Experience working in a payroll outsourcing environment </li><li>Familiarity with Danish employment law, collective agreements, and reporting requirements (e.g., eIndkomst) </li></ul> <p>What we offer</p> <p>Joining us means becoming part of a dynamic, international, and growth-oriented organisation.
