<p>The Clinical Program Manager is responsible for providing high quality client care, displaying professional skills in assessment, diagnosis and treatment, with excellent documentation skills. The Clinical Program Manager is responsible for the oversight and job performance of all contractors under their supervision.</p> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Masters Degree in Social Work, Mental Health, Marriage and Family, or Psychology plus three years of clinical experience in child welfare or related human services, preferred; or any combination of training, education and experience which would provide the required knowledge, abilities and skills to successfully perform in this role.</p> </li><li> <p>Masters Degree in Social Work, Mental Health, Marriage and Family, or Psychology, required.</p> </li><li> <p>Active Florida LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW, required.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to maintain sensitivity to our target populations cultural and socioeconomic characteristics.</p> </li></ul> <p>Job Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Assists the Vice President. Outpatient Services with training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems.</p> </li><li> <p>Provides leadership and guidance to contractors in keeping with the agencys mission and vision, through oversight of all aspects of their work.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists in the hiring process of new contractors by reviewing resumes, participating in the interview process and providing orientation of all new staff.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in completing performance evaluations for clinical staff at the 90-day mark, and yearly thereafter.</p> </li><li> <p>Provides ongoing supervision through individual meetings and group staffings for clinical staff in order to monitor the suitability and quality of all aspects of the services being provided.</p> </li><li> <p>Participates in a weekly Program Managers QA Meeting to review contractor productivity and quality of work.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversees all aspects of Annual QI/QA Plan, and provide quarterly reports on the plan to the Strategic Planning Committee.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain effective relations with partners and help in the development and management of key strategic partnerships. Program managers also have oversight for all specialty programs, including the Sexual Trauma Team, the Infant Reunification Initiative, the Intensive Treatment Program, and the Adoption Services.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor the quality of assigned therapists documentation for best practice and Medicaid standards through the use of the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems approval and rejection module.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure assigned therapists complete required documentation, including client records, service reports and administrative paperwork thoroughly and in a timely manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Complete a weekly report of all supervisory activities to the Vice President, Outpatient Services.</p> </li><li> <p>Functions cooperatively as a member of the treatment team.</p> </li><li> <p>Leads monthly group supervision.</p> </li><li> <p>Provides licensee supervision to contractors, as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Attends and participates in ten hours of clinical training, as defined by internal departmental policies.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicates effectively with other staff, clients and agencies, conveying a positive, professional image.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicates significant issues related to program functioning with the VP, Outpatient Services.</p> </li><li> <p>Works sufficient hours to ensure effective positive performance.</p> </li><li> <p>Utilizes feedback regarding job performance, and uses supervision to improve performance.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform all other job duties and responsibilities, as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Employment Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Valid driver license with a clean driving record, required.</p> </li><li> <p>Masters Degree in Social Work, Mental Health, Marriage and Family, or Psychology, required.</p> </li><li> <p>Active Florida LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW, required.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to read, write and speak proficiently in English (required) and Spanish (desired).</p> </li></ul> <p>Supervisory Responsibilities</p> <p>This job will supervise several Contracted Therapists.</p> <p>Travel</p> <p>This position may spend up to 20% time traveling to various working sites throughout Central and West Florida.</p> <p>EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY</p> <p>We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.</p>
