<p>Join us as a temporary part-time Administrative Assistant in an essential role in supporting the Office of the President I Board of Trustees Office. A team of talented individuals who share our passion for efficiency and excellence with administration, students, faculty, and staff.</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <ul> <li>Reports to the administrative staff. </li><li>Handles confidential information. </li><li>Manages daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling, copying, scanning, organizing board documents, and assisting in preparing yearly calendar meetings. </li><li>Assists in coordinating team meetings and events and prepares agendas. </li><li>Assists in project management, policy documents by tracking deadlines and facilitating communication. </li><li>Handles expense reporting, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks. </li><li>Provides excellent customer service to administration, students, faculty, and staff. </li></ul> <p>SPECIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Education: Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.</p> <p>Experience: Minimum of two years of administrative support experience.</p> <p>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience as an administrative assistant. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and database systems. </li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills. </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li></ul> <p>HOURLY RATE/BENEFITS</p> <ul> <li>$20/HR </li><li>Pension eligible </li><li>403B eligible </li></ul> <p>Hours: 20 - 25 per week - including one evening a month.</p>
